One Stop Physical Therapy and Wellness is currently seeking an outgoing and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant for our mobile physical therapy practice, serving ALF/ILF and in-home patients in Hall and North Gwinnett Counties.

We primarily work with seniors managing chronic medical conditions, providing in-home therapy and wellness programs. Services include exercise programs, balance and endurance training, and various modalities for patients in assisted living, independent living communities, and private homes.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent physical disabilities in patients with injuries or diseases.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments per plans of care established by a Physical Therapist.

• Communicate effectively with patients’ families and facility coordinators.

• Coordinate care with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Active PTA license in Georgia.

• Preferred experience in outpatient, home health, and geriatrics.

• Current CPR certification.

• Professional liability insurance.

• Reliable transportation.

• Passion for working with seniors and commitment to providing exceptional care.
